A real estate firm, Fulton Street Companies, has proposed a 68-townhome development on Main Street in Skokie. The plan includes 24 two-bedroom and 44 three-bedroom units with two-car garages, along with 158 parking spaces. The project is set to be developed on the site of the former Arie Crown Hebrew Day School, pending approval from the village trustees.
