Lenin Homer Silva had just graduated from Hillsdale High School and committed to Skyline College to play soccer—his lifelong dream. Days later, his car collided with a truck on Interstate 80 in San Francisco and fell 25 feet into an impound lot. Three others were in the vehicle. CHP is investigating what caused the crash.
