Three teens have been arrested for the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old Bronx man, Jahmir Turner, just blocks from his home. Detectives are investigating a possible gang connection to the shooting. The suspects, two 15-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy, were apprehended by detectives from the 47th Precinct.
