72-Year-Old with 41 Violations Arrested in Kianna Underwood’s Hit-and-Run

Michael Griffiths, 72, charged in death of actress Kianna Underwood, 33, in Brooklyn hit-and-run. He had 41 driving violations, including 25 for speeding.
