Johnny Steven Talbert, 43, was arrested in Washington state for the June 2008 murders of office manager Donna Barnhardt and job applicant Darrell Noles at Sun Drop Bottling Co. in Concord. He faces two murder charges and robbery. He’s awaiting extradition to North Carolina.
