Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect who wore a creepy doll mask while chasing and assaulting residents near City Hall on Wednesday. He filmed himself on his phone during the attacks and asked one victim if she was “ready to die.” The man fled into a train station. Police describe him as a Black male, 16-20 years old, 5’8″, wearing a white baby doll mask with black hair and a black/blue plaid backpack.
