The family of Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra, found dead on a Montauk yacht in 2025, is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Christopher Durnan, the boat’s owner and an investor in her swimwear company. Police initially ruled it an accidental overdose, but an independent autopsy found only trace amounts of cocaine and signs of assault.
