The first of five convicted in the Florida gang murder of rapper Julio Foolio was handed a 15-year prison term. Alicia Andrews, 23, was found guilty for stalking and aiding in the fatal shooting of Foolio during his birthday celebration in Tampa. Ongoing investigation into other defendants continues.
