Nolan Xavier Wells disappeared from Horn Island, Mississippi during Fourth of July celebrations. His mom shared new photos of him smiling on a boat hours before he went missing. He was last seen around 3pm wearing blue swim trunks. Anyone with information is urged to contact Jackson County Sheriff at 228-769-3063.
