Police in Lincoln are searching for a gray truck driver who hit two children riding an electric scooter near Joiner Park and left the scene. One victim, a 15-year-old girl, suffered a fractured skull, leg fractures, and a liver laceration. Anyone with information is asked to call Lincoln Police at 916-645-4040.
