Braden Peters, 20, the influencer known online as “Clavicular,” has been charged in Massachusetts with rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse and procuring alcohol while under 21. According to a criminal complaint, a girl who was 17 at the time told police that Peters knew her age but instructed her during a livestream to tell viewers she was 18 and that vodka he allegedly provided was water.
The teenager alleged that she became intoxicated, fell asleep and awoke the following morning while Peters was having sex with her without her consent. Peters has not been convicted and is scheduled to be arraigned on October 14. His attorney previously denied similar allegations in a related civil lawsuit, saying the claims were unproven and would be contested through legal channels.
