A Houston man left a voicemail at Gov. Abbott’s office threatening to stab employees because he couldn’t access anime. Joseph Ozment, 35, was charged with making a terroristic threat, a felony carrying up to 10 years in prison. He’s accused of calling the Governor’s line on July 25 and demanding the state repeal laws restricting online content access. Ozment posted a $5,000 bond and must stay away from the Capitol Complex.
