De’Kendrick Crawford, 24, was arrested after a standoff and charged with capital murder in the deaths of University of Alabama student Jazmine Alexis Bates, 22, and Jose Felix Alvarez-Duenas, 31. The two were found dead inside a home where they were pet-sitting in Alabama. A dog in the home was also killed. Police say Crawford knew all his victims as former co-workers but still don’t know why he targeted them.
