Brian Scott Lorenzo was sentenced to 37½ years to life for killing 33-year-old Deborah Meindl in her Tonawanda home. Her 10-year-old daughter found her strangled in the dining room. Lorenzo’s first two convictions were overturned based on DNA evidence, but a jury convicted him again in April.
