Ohio Woman, 74, Fatally Struck by Two Vehicles on I-75 in Monroe

Norma Jean Howard, 74, from Carlisle, was killed on I-75 after being hit by a semi and a Ford Fusion near mile marker 31. Investigation ongoing.
