Jonathan Mishael Bays, 41, is accused of attacking a man with a samurai-style sword at Creekside Terrace Apartments on Saturday night. The victim was airlifted to UC Davis Medical Center with wounds to his head, neck, shoulder and hand. Bays fled on foot and may be heading toward the county jail area.
