A 17-year-old gunman shot a 13-year-old boy in the leg at Wheaton Mall in Montgomery County Friday night. Video shows the shooter in a black hoodie suddenly standing up and firing at shoppers. An armed security guard tackled him before police arrived. The teen’s motive is unknown.
