A woman visiting her family member’s grave in West Jordan was attacked by two men who beat her and stole her iPhone. Sammy Eugene Woodroe Blackbear, 18, and Tylee Duangjchy Perry, 44, face robbery and assault charges with gang enhancements. Both remain at large.
