Two suspects, 18-year-old Andres Madrigal Haro and 19-year-old Alberto Cervantes, have been arrested and booked into the Merced County Jail on charges of attempted murder and gang-related offenses in connection with a June 16 shooting at Winton Community Park that left a man in critical condition.
