Parents Sue Bronx Day Care After 1-Year-Old Drowns While Caretaker Cooked

The grieving parents of a 1-year-old girl who apparently drowned at a Bronx day care while a caretaker was busy cooking promised Tuesday that they’ll sue the center for negligence.
