A federal judge halted the Trump administration’s plan to relocate the FBI from its current headquarters to the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington. Maryland and Prince George’s County had won a yearslong competition for the $4 billion Greenbelt campus project. The administration is expected to appeal the ruling.
