Election handicapper Sabato’s Crystal Ball moved the Kansas Senate race from safe Republican to likely Republican after Democrat Adam Hamilton won the primary. Hamilton, a megachurch pastor, outraised incumbent Roger Marshall by $3.09 million last quarter. The general election is in November.
