Missouri’s Supreme Court struck down the GOP’s new congressional map and ordered a referendum on the ballot instead. Voters will decide in November whether to keep the new 7-1 Republican map or revert to the old 6-2 map. GOP Attorney General Catherine Hanaway plans to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
