Governor Tim Walz defended his pardon of Tou Lue Vang, who was convicted of repeatedly raping a 10-year-old girl. Secretary of State Marco Rubio revoked Vang’s visa and he was deported to Laos anyway. The State Department is continuing to criticize Walz’s decision.
