A former forensic analyst for the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Yvonne “Missy” Woods, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for manipulating and omitting DNA data in criminal cases, leading to the review of hundreds of cases and the overturning of at least one murder conviction.
